The 1st Red Carpet Best Dressed List for 2014 — People’s Choice Awards!!

OMG, so excited!! Why? Duh! It’s award season, which means it’s time for red carpets galore! I look forward to posting all of my own best-dressed lists. So here is my first list for 2014, for of course the 2014 People’s Choice Awards, so enjoy!

Even though only half of the fitted Jenny Packham dress is decked out with sparkles, Nina is fully shining in this look. She perfected the finishing touches for the look with some shiny silver accessories — a Raowulf clutch and Charlotte Olympia sandal heels.

GREER GRAMMER

Greer might be a little new to the red carpet scene, but she wowed in this gold lace applique dress by Mikael D, which was cut at the knee. She also added the perfect accessories to complete her look with a nude pair of Rene Caovilla heels and a bronze Liebeskind Berlin clutch.

JENNIFER HUDSON                                  The 40th Annual People's Choice Awards - Arrivals

What red carpet is complete without a LWD! Yes, if there is a LBD, we can have a LWD! J. Hud rocked this stark white gathered BodyCon dress by KAUFMANFRANCO. She completed her looked with a pair of ankle-strapped Manolo Blahnik heels, Neil Lane earrings, and a Samsung Galaxy Gear bracelet.

CO-HOST OF THE EVENING: BETH BEHRS

Certainly of the 2 hosts that evening, Beth was the one that stole the red carpet show for me. I love this black and white color-blocked floor-length Guilietta gown. She looks effortlessly chic and all of the accessories and finishing touches/details were cohesive with the overall look. Her Deco-inspired jewelry by David Webb complimented the look well, not overshadowing, as did her black heels by Rene Caovilla. Her coral lip and soft smoky eye were also on point and was done by Mark celebrity makeup artist Jamie Greenberg. As hosts though, you get more than one try to knock a look out of the park, so to speak, and neither Kat nor Beth disappointed.

In the 2nd picture, as you can see, the two ended the night with some classic glam looks, an off-the-shoulder draped Black Halo floor-length gown on Kat Dennings and a white lace, deep V-neck Naeem Khan mini on Behrs.

kat-dennings-2-600x450Great looks continued, as seen in this 1st pic, with Kat wearing an royal blue peplum dress by Oliver Tolentino Couture and Beth rockin’ her smokin’ legs in this crystal-embellished fit-and-flare Kate Spade New York mini. Her legs had the perfect glow thanks to St. Tropez’s Bronzing Mousse and Gold Skin Illuminator.

In the 2nd pic, Dennings looked amazing in this sleek Ted Baker jumpsuit in black, with a keyhole neckline. While Beth, again rockin’ her golden stems, looked great in a gold hand-beaded Dilek Hanif mini

ALLISON JANNEY

I don’t have any designer information for Allison, but that won’t stop me from including her on my list! She looks great in this lacy LBD and black sandal heels. I think she might also be using the tiniest clutch ever!

best-dressed-pca-12zac-efron-michael-b-jordan-peoples-choice-awards-2014-03Don’t the guys from the soon-to-be-coming out film That Awkward Moment look great?!? Miles Teller, Zac Efron, and Michael B. Jordan all look so sexy and handsome! Michael is wearing a navy Lanvin suit, while Zac’s navy suit is by George Clinton. Great job guys!!

The 40th Annual People's Choice Awards - Press RoomJUSTIN TIMBERLAKE: I do have one other guy to add to my best dressed list, none other than JT. He stuns in all black, more specifically, his Tom Ford suit.

SHAUN ROBINSON

And last, but not least, one more LBD, but sadly also one more that I am missing designer information on, grrrr!!, but nonetheless still worthy of a best dressed mention — Shaun Robinson! This long-sleeved bodycon LBD is just great and I love that the bodice is done in leather, nice touch!
